Machine Learning (COMP4220)
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to machine learning, covering key algorithms, techniques, and applications in the field. Students will learn both theoretical foundations and practical implementations, with a particular focus on applying machine learning models to real-world problems in domains such as healthcare. By the end of this course, students will be able to design, analyze, and implement machine learning models, and critically assess their performance in practical scenarios.
